When does the event take place?

The Wheelbase Pro Summit starts with a welcome reception on Wednesday, March 5th, followed by the meeting programming on Thursday, March 6th, and a half-day on Friday, March 7th.

Where is the event being hosted?

All the Wheelbase Pro Summit events will take place at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. We will update this website with conference and meeting room names close to the Summit dates.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

UBER or Lyft is the most accessible transportation method.

Will parking be available at the hotel?

Yes, self-park is available for $25 per day and valet parking for $45 per day.

What is the dress code?

All daytime program events are business casual.

For the Omnia Terrace party no shorts, sandals, or athletic clothes. Please bring your conference badge at ID. 21+ only

How to Locate Omnia Terrace Within Caesars Palace

Enter Caesars Palace through the main entrance on Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip)

Walk through the main lobby toward the casino floor

Turn right after passing the lobby and head toward the Forum Shops area

Look for directional signs for Omnia Nightclub (they should be clearly visible)

Continue walking past the casino floor toward the back of the property

Follow the Omnia signs to the dedicated entrance area, which is typically marked with velvet ropes and security staff

Arrive at Omnia - The nightclub entrance is located near the Heart Bar and casino center
